Aurora’s EHU-K Heater can be used as a built-in model for the heating and ventilation of buses. It can either be operating with external or recirculating air. The recirculated air option is especially advantageous for dehumidifying the inside air during the cooling process. The EHU-K also uses flat tube heat exchanger technology to boost performance and reduce weight.
The EHU-K uses a DRG 730 to provide a powerful airflow with a long life time. The housing is made from PA6 plastic to ensure the unit’s light weight. This particular 24 Volt EHU has 13kW of heating power and an airflow of 710 m3/h.
